Our rates cover standard Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). To comply with regional transfer station and landfill guidelines, please review what can be accepted:
Accepted MSW:
- Household clutter, furniture & mattresses
- Boxed items, clothing, toys & decor
- Non-hazardous junk & general trash
- Wood offcuts & dry yard waste
Special / Restricted Items:
- Drywall/Gypsum: Requires post-1990 date stamp or asbestos lab test.
- Hazardous Waste: No liquid paints, chemicals, oil, or propane tanks.
- Heavy Masonry: Concrete, rock, and soil must be loaded separately.
